Consistency

Sage Staff will follow each senior’s assisted living plan to ensure that every client receives the same high-quality professional care during each visit.
Staff must accurately record the “Start Time” and “End Time” using the timekeeping system established by Sage Home Care.
Employees are expected to arrive on time for every shift, as excessive tardiness does not meet Sage Home Care standards.
Sage Staff make every effort to maintain consistency in the placement of personal attendants in each client’s home.

Honesty & Integrity

Sage Home Care employees will be honest and transparent with all clients.
All information in a client’s assisted living services plan is strictly confidential and will not be shared outside of Sage Home Care.
Sage Home Care staff will never take advantage of clients in any way.
Staff will always strive to fulfill the responsibilities outlined in each client’s assisted living services plan.
Staff will document all services provided at the end of each shift.
Personal attendants will never solicit clients for private assisted living services outside of Sage Home Care.

Ongoing Training

Every personal attendant of Sage Home Care is required to complete the required personal attendant training program within 90-days of their first assignment.
Every personal attendant is required to be First Aid Certified within 90-days of hire and keep it from expiring going forward.
All employees agree to seek out education that enhances their skills and help them grow in their career development.
Every personal attendant is required to complete at least 6 hours of ongoing training each year.
