At Sage Home Care, our caregivers provide companionship and assistance with daily activities for clients on an as-needed or hourly basis. With our support, clients can continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes while receiving the help they need.

Hourly and 24-Hour Care Options

Whether you require part-time assistance or continuous 24-hour care, our services are designed to fit your schedule and level of need. Caregivers may provide support during the day, overnight, or through full 24-hour (around-the-clock) coverage, ensuring your loved one always receives attentive, compassionate care.

Minimum Hourly Requirements

Each Sage Home Care caregiver visit is scheduled for a minimum of four consecutive hours, as outlined in your personalized Care Plan. The minimum weekly service requirement is 20 hours.

If you decide to end a visit before the four-hour minimum, that’s completely fine; however, the full four hours will still be billed. Visits that exceed four hours are billed only for the time used.
