We will assign the right caregiver from our large community of first rate caregivers for you or your loved one and not settle for less. The “right” caregiver is qualified, dependable, and trustworthy. Sage Home Care excels in matching the most qualified and best-suited caregivers with clients. We believe so strongly in providing the right caregivers and companions for clients that we guarantee satisfaction. If a client is not satisfied with a caregiver after the end of their first shift, we insist that you let us know. We will refine our understanding of your needs and preferences, then provide a better-suited caregiver within two business days of your request, most of the time it’s sooner. If you are still unsatisfied with the caregivers we provide after trying them for one scheduled shift, as per the care plan, the client does not pay.

The Large Sage Caregiver Community

All caregivers are CNAs, HHAs, or PCAs and are hired employees that have been interviewed twice. They must undergo a pre-screening and then a thorough background screening which includes having credentials and references verified. We are so proud of our caregivers for always putting the client’s needs first and for the unsurpassed level of care they provide. We only look for happy, positive, caring, and friendly caregivers that want to be part of our team. Our 67% retention rate, while the industry average is 44%, is a testament to that.
