Sage Home Care has an extensive screening process for all our potential employees. They would need to undergo background checks, physical examinations, competency tests, as well as drug and alcohol testing. Furthermore, once hired, they would be required to participate in advanced training and seminars to ensure the continuous provision of quality assisted living services.
Are Sage Home Care’s Employees Licensed and Bonded?

Will We Be Able to Reach You Beyond Regular Office Hours?

How Do I Get Started?
If you need assisted living services for aging adults, you simply have to get in touch with Sage Home Care’s representatives. Feel free to call us at 1-800-578-4554. You may also send an email to customerservice@sagehomecare.com to request for our expert services for aging adults.
Would I Need a Doctor’s Order or Prescription for Assisted Living Services?
No need. Pre-authorization or a physician’s prescription is not required.
Will I Be Able to Receive Services Immediately After Initial Consultation?
Yes, services are usually provided a few hours after we have received your initial call.
What if Changes Need to Be Applied to My Service?
You can simply contact our coordinators at any time. We can make adjustments without incurring any fees or charges on your account.
What If I Decide Not to Receive Service Instead?
You are free to do so. You will not be locked into a long-term contract and can therefore change your mind or choose to discontinue the service whenever you wish.

Billing And Payment

Are Personal Attendants Paid Directly?
No, they are not. Personal attendants are paid as employees by Sage Home Care
How Much Do I Have to Pay for Services?
